6. Shipping & Delivery

   We work with trusted global print partners to fulfill & ship your orders as efficiently as possible. Shipping times & costs vary depending on your location and the production facility used. Most items are produced & dispatched within 3-7 business days, with estimated delivery times ranging from 5–14 business days.

   1. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items ordered.
   2. Orders may be fulfilled by different partners and arrive in separate packages.
   3. Once an order is placed, it is sent directly to production and cannot be changed or canceled.
   4. Delays due to customs, postal services, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
   5. Tracking details will be provided where available.

   If your order has not arrived within 21 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us and we’ll assist you promptly.

7. Returns & Refunds

   If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days. However, each item is custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse.

   We do want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective or with a production error (e.g. misprint, wrong item, poor quality), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include a clear photo & brief description of the issue so we can resolve it swiftly.

   We will gladly replace or refund any item that does not meet our quality standards due to manufacturing or fulfillment errors. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

   Please note:

   1. We are not responsible for errors in the shipping address provided at checkout.
   2. Slight color variations or small differences in placement may occur due to the print-on-demand process and are not considered defects.
